Upon booking we will schedule a phone call, video call, or studio visit to meet and discuss ideas for your child’s photography experience. We have some vintage wardrobe and props available here at the studio, but we also encourage you to bring at least (3) different wardrobe choices for your child.

Fine Portrait Investment
- Each portrait session with Ben is $3000. We kindly request a $500 deposit due upon booking. The $500 fee will be applied to your session fee.
- Fee includes session time and the creation of your children’s fine art portraiture. Each additional child photographed at the same session will be $500 per child.
- This portrait fee includes the license for up to three final images of each child from our session. You will be able to share these images on social media and with family and friends.
- Prints and artwork are purchased separately. The purchase of each finished fine art piece begins at $500 depending on size and framing materials on a case-by-case basis.
- Protecting your children’s likeness and usage is high priority. Under the copyright and patents act of 1976, BEN VAN HOOK FINE ART retains the copyright of all images taken. It is a criminal offense to copy, screen grab, scan or reproduce photographs without the written consent of BEN VAN HOOK FINE ART.
- Upon the purchase of the digital files you are granted a license to use your images for personal use. Your licensed files can then be used for sharing with your friends and family, on social media sites, for updating model or acting portfolios, and printing out for display in your home. These images are not to be sold or given to any third parties for commercial use without prior consent.
- Images that are purchased / licensed as digital files are not to be altered in any way that change the integrity of the image without prior consent.
- Images / video taken in photographic sessions may be used by BEN VAN HOOK FINE ART for marketing, advertising, and display purposes. This could include social media, fine art shows, marketing literature, and this website.
- The use of video recording and your own camera is forbidden during your photographic session.
